Terry had been a member of our Committee and supported us for over 17 years, and had been Chair for almost 9 years. He had also become our dear friend and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

The venue receives an upgrade

We are delighted to say that our toilets have been upgraded and the venue has been redecorated throughout in the last half of 2023, making it nice, bright and fresh.

This work is overseen by our hall manager and volunteer management committee. We welcome anyone who is interested to join our committee and contribute towards ensuring this venue remains in a great condition for future years.

Air Conditioner

Air conditioning installed

While the hall was closed under COVID-19 restrictions, we were able to make some improvements to our facilities, installing air conditioning in both the main hall and the Dalton room. As well as making the facilities more pleasant to use during the summer months, for dance and sport activities, the improved ventilation makes the hall safer with regard to COVID-19.

Are you running an event at the hall that you'd like us to feature?
